You can communicate with the cells of your body. In the center of each cell is your DNA. It carries within it a code from which everything else is created. Your cells have a consciousness. They eat. They breathe. They move. And they work together with each other. You have a body consciousness and a cellular consciousness. You can learn to work with your body in a more conscious way to work at a cellular level to create the reality you want. You and the cells in your body. You and your DNA can link together. Sending pictures to your DNA through your mind that will give you a new code so that everything that is created will reflect this new vision and new image. So begin now by relaxing your body. Sending your emotions and letting your mind grow very clear. Communicating with the cells in your body requires attention and concentration. Relaxation in your body helps your mind clear and keeps your emotions steady in calm. So that the transmission of the pictures from your mind to your DNA can be done clearly. You might even imagine that your emotions act as filters. And when you are calm, the pictures in your mind can be broadcast straight into the cells of your body. There is no distortion. Only a clear visual image sent and received. Start by relaxing your feet. Adjust your posture so that your legs and your feet are relaxed. Notice the position of your legs as they join your hips. Moving each leg. Moving from the hips. Until the lower part of your body feels very relaxed and the energy can flow through your legs and your feet. Adjust the posture of your upper body so that your spine is straight and very comfortable. Notice as you sit or lie what position is most supportive of a clear and focused mind. Adjust your posture ever so slightly. Notice that you can make subtle changes in your upper chest, your neck and the way you hold your head that allows you to think more clearly, to breathe more deeply and for the energy to flow more evenly and smoothly in your body. And call light to yourself right now. Imagine that you are standing under a sparkling waterfall of light. And you are calling light to you as if your spine were a pole of light where the light is gathering and becoming so radiant that it is beginning now to radiate from this pole. This core of light into your body and into the environment around you. The higher the pictures you send to your DNA, the more powerful and positive the reality that you can create. To reprogram your DNA, you not only want to be relaxed, emotionally clear and mentally alert, but you also want to use light to work with the light and the highest images that you can imagine. You may also want to call in your guide or guardian angel, whether you are aware of your guide or not. Inviting the DNA, your life code to its next level of evolution to become all it and you can be. To begin now to accelerate and trigger even more of that code within your DNA that will unfold your full potential in this lifetime. For there is a code of your highest potential contained here. And you are now bombarding the DNA with light to activate and trigger the awakening of this higher code within you. For there are many aspects of your DNA that have not yet been awakened. Your DNA is now being activated by you. And letting those new parts of the code unfold. Pouring in the light now into the DNA. Pouring in light. Just the right amount of light. A gentle pulsation of light. Letting your higher self. The you that you know you are deep with. Begin to manifest in this reality. And as the DNA awakens, each cell is now waking up to its higher function. It is working in greater cooperation with all your other cells. There is a new level of harmony. A flow of cooperation between all the cells in your body. And each cell is now filling up with light. Moving to its next level of evolution. Performing at a higher level all of its functions. Being rejuvenated and regenerated. Each cell cleaning, purifying and adding light gradually and easily at just the right pace for you. Each cell of your body waking up. Moving higher. Quickening its vibration. Assisting you in becoming enlightened. And the cells in each system of your body. Your nervous system. Your circulatory system. Your skeletal and muscular system. Your skin. Your eyes. Your ears. Your eliminative organs. Your glands. All the systems of your body are now going to their next level of evolution. Of light. Awakening now. Building finer matter into your body. A higher degree of order and beauty. And the energy field around your body. Your aura. Becoming more shimmering. More brilliant. More filled with radiating light. You can communicate with your DNA to activate specific programs. Think now of something you would like to change in your life. But you would like to reprogram at a cellular level. Get a very clear picture of this. You might envision what it would be like if you had it already. How you would feel. What it would give you if you had this thing or this change. Imagine once again that you are a dot of light traveling to the center of the nucleus of your cells. You are in the nucleus of your cells now. You are communicating with your DNA. Hold this picture of what you want in your mind. As if you are showing it to your DNA. As if you are telepathically communicating this picture. There is a part of your DNA that contains the code for this change that you want. Imagine now through your transmittal of the picture that the part that contains this code is now being activated. Being energized. For this pattern is contained within your DNA. It has simply not yet been activated. Know that what you do activate will be in a perfect form. It may not be exactly what you are asking for. But it will give you everything you have asked for and even more. So be open to receive this that you are asking for. In the way that you are soul and the way that your DNA and your higher self will give it to you. Knowing that it will always be given to you in a way that creates your highest good. That code is now being activated in all the cells in your body. They are all responding now. At this instant, new cells are being created. Being born. That now carry this awakened pattern. And with each hour, each day more and more of the cells being born will carry the activation of this pattern until there are enough cells with this pattern that the change automatically manifests all about you. Ask your DNA to release any programs that it might need to release to create the reality you are asking for. Give it permission to stop operating these old programs. They have served their purpose. You gently and easily release them and send love to all the DNA. Tell it you will work with it now. If there are any changes that you need to make, any new actions you need to take, thoughts to think, emotions to feel or people to contact, you will now pay attention. You will follow your inner guidance. Your DNA will signal you for the things you need to do to allow it to manifest for you through the pictures you have just transmitted. Be very quiet right now and listen for a moment. What would your DNA like you to do? Is there any action or change? New thoughts, beliefs or feelings that you would like from you now to support this program to begin to make it your reality? Listen now to your DNA for any message.
