Hi, you can claim you’re watching a friends cat due to an emergency and find a humane society clinic or rescue to bring her to. They will take care of her and find out if she’s microchipped/missing. Just in case it is parasites, it wouldn’t hurt to buy some topical anti-parasitic medication that will work on both interior and exterior parasites. Get the kind you apply to the back of the cat’s neck, it shouldn’t be very expensive and it’ll be available at pet stores.

I'm not super knowledgeable about cats, but does she seem like she's in pain? If so I'd probably try to at least get her to an animal shelter. The spot in the third picture doesn't look like pregnancy to me. (But I'm not a vet so I might be wrong) I think she might be abandoned because no sane person would leave their cat outside in this state
