It does not penetrate 10 microns, it is more like 100. Nevertheless, the laser is powerful enough to reach the papillary dermis which is as deep as you can go and still be in skin. With that said, yes. You can use PRP after the treatment.

CoolPeel is very superficial. PRP applied afterward mainly helps with healing and skin quality, but it doesn’t penetrate deeply enough to drive strong collagen remodeling.
If your goal is deeper collagen stimulation and better PRP delivery, RF microneedling combined with PRP or PRF is usually a stronger option. The needles create deeper channels and the RF energy stimulates additional collagen, so the growth factors can work more effectively.

You can definitely use PRP on top of a CoolPeel. At 3W it’s going around 40 microns into the tissue. At 5W it’s going around 65 microns into the tissue. It’s most likely getting to (or close to) the DEJ and the evaporated columns of tissue will soak up the PRP like a sponge.
Just make sure it’s a real CoolPeel system. Lots of places advertise that treatment when they are using a lower powered device, and that will mess your face up.

i love coolpeel! i did 2 sessions on my chest to remove old acne hyperpigmentations and it was effectve. tho, i think it needs to be maintained every 18-24 months as they're showing again (due to sun exposure).
also re PRP/PRF, i didnt do those. but i used the spa's recommended aftercare product which is a light gel comprised of retinol and copper peptide.
for reference , i also did fraxel (Clear and Brilliant) but i feel that coolpeel has better results, tho longer downtime for me about 6 days.
