Colours are ok. Check contrast (particularly for the text at bottom middle).
New one doesn’t really give off anything to do with hair/hairline. Image would be better updated to be close up of head, or comparison slider showing before and after in an animation.

Need a guy with hair on your hero page. That's a high hairline.

Ignore the haters who are being obtuse. There is no conceivable way the before is better.
The new design is aestheticlly very nice and conveys more information while still looking cleaner.
My suggestions would be to improve the legibility/contrast of the lower text, and I would personally have the teal background full width/height, removing the white framing.
But honestly a great job

I liked before option. Sincerely I do not like site where owner is the major part of it.. just my opinion. However, colors and fonts and everything looks great on new landing page..

What's it look like on mobile? It's where most of the traffic will be?

Honestly really good but the only comment I’ll give you is that hero section photo kinda have a receding hairline… a bit counterintuitive to what thw business is

Header nav(links) isn't centred.

Your version is way more impactful. Maybe the photo could be more interesting.

The new version looks so much better! For the hero section I think it’d make sense to have a background image (maybe a blurred photo of the clinic) with the owner in focus on top of that image. With just the owner and a green background it looks a bit empty

Out of curiosity, did you use ai to make this?

depends... did the target group change from middle aged men to young woman?

Chalk and cheese mate. The new design is much better. Perhaps instead of showing the doctor, show a before and after.

That guy shouldn’t be on hero definitely

You took it from boutique/chic/local business to fully fledged commercial service - I approve
I’d sprinkle in some more hair

looks actually nice, could you share the website?

I like the direction of the new site, but old one visually conveys “hair…” better. If I don’t read the header I’d have no idea this site has anything to do with hair. I get it the owner but, it doesn’t make it the best choice in my opinion.

I think the dude needs a black rectangle behind him or something. Dark blue doesn't go well with that green color.
But his photo itself isn't a good example for hairline growth.
Also the white frame looks yellowish? doesn't match other white elements.
There's way too many different colors in general. Two shades of white. A green color, blue color, black.
Try sticking to 3.

Was this vibe design?

Yes Absolutely better than that and would like to know the steps you follow.

I really like your new hero, the new colour feel better than the before, more contrast with the text. I like that you put up the picture of Dr Charlie, it creates a sense of trust for me, that "heyy, he looks like a good doctor". Also like that you sticked with one main CTA this time for contacting. Thank you for taking out that long nav bar and putting everything under services, and for putting the snapshots of reviews, the types of hair services and results his customers get, I feel its a solid hero, and would urge me to continue scrolling, or if I w.as looking for this type of service, book a consultation

Bro its looks great. colors, symmetry everything is good. Just one recommendation from my side you can try adding some visual elements like illustration etc that tell the brand story more clearly.
By first look people should know what it is for. Apart from that everything is good 👏🏻.

old site with the updated header be perfect. looks more elegant and less "corportate"

Nice, now it looks like a good ai slop webdesign

Before is better

i thought they were swapped
the after looks good but very generic and off putting. you know that feeling you get when you see advertisements? the red flag feeling where you try to avoid advertisements and viruses? that's what its giving
the before feels a lot better, natural and fits the theme. the hair and comb background admittedly does a lot of the heavy lifting
i didnt look at any other details. those are my very raw, initial thoughts and feelings
