The rational behind this trial is to break the cells and liberate some new antigens that will basically be recognized by the immune system and the immunotherapy helping to increase the response rates of these patients. In fact, we will measure the efficacy of this combination treatment by measuring not the lesion that have been treated, but lesion that have not been treated to a test of the systemic effect of this combined treatment. | ↗ |
