u/ballerinatoriI tore my internal obturator. It was unrelated to my chronic pain condition, although my hip hurt from this for 3 years. Tried cortisone, prolotherapy and then finally two rounds of PRP. That's what fixed it. I couldn't do a bodyweight lunge on that leg due to pain and weakness and after PRP, I can now do Bulgarian split squats with heavy weights. Totally fixed the problem for me! I think it really depends on what kind of issue you have. I haven't had much success with it for my spine.negative2
u/import_social-witWorth trying since there is very low risk. It didn’t help me and I ended up getting a hip preservation surgeon for a labral repair.negative2
