u/screenfreakI'm about 5 weeks post injection and my feet are still pretty bad compared to how they were before. I understand that there is a consensus that it gets worse before it's better, but when did it start to feel better for you? I do stretching and PT in addition but I can barely walk 3000 steps a day. Before my injection my feet were not great but I could walk closer to 5:00 or 6,000 steps easily before feeling significant painnegative2

u/Lumpy-LobstersNice! Question. My entire fiasco was caused by getting an injection for patella tendinitis, and I ended up getting turf toe on my good side during that recovery. Jumped off a step landed on single foot. Turf toe got better, then ended up with Tibialis Posterior Tendon tendinitis 😡. Anyways, the shot in my patella tendon was easily the most painful thing I’d had done in recent memory. What was it like getting injected in foot?negative1
